RealmJoin Backend Impact
Starting at 03:47 UTC on 21 Jul 2022, customers may have experienced issues accessing the backend portal and clients may have not been able to install packages. There was an issue with Microsoft Azure SQL Services in Western Europe and the automated switch to Northern Europe has not helped because of similar issues in the Northern region. Alternative mitigations have overlapped with the recovery of SQL Services.
Overall functionality is back, but the runbooks are not displayed due to additional errors in the Azure Automation API (likely related to the original SQL issues).
